This fun Jack in the Box clone is much better than the original – not only does it play “Where oh where has my little dog gone,” but a cute little puppy pops up at the end! It’s much less scary for little kids that way, and the song is a lot better!

As far as remote controlled toys go, the R/C Tarantula from Spilsbury is the creepiest. It moves forward, left or right, and each of its legs moves independently. I’m sure you could really freak someone out with this thing!

I’m not sure what I like best about the strangely-named Giga Balls, but one thing is for sure – I would have loved to have one of these as a kid. Though it’s likely I wouldn’t have survived very long. For better or worse, it only holds up to 150 pounds of victim kid, so I’m out of luck.

Apparently one of the hot new gifts for Christmas this year is the new My FurReal Friends Pony from Mattel. Standing three feet tall, Butterscotch (Yes, that’s it’s name!) will make your little princess almost forget that you didn’t get her a real pony.
